BRIEFLY ABOUT THE PROJECT AND NICHE:

In autumn 2024, our digital marketing agency, VOLL, was contacted by a client with a website theme – reports for Shopify stores. During the briefing, we discussed their main goals: attracting a new audience and increasing the number of regular customers. As a result, Mipler commissioned us to provide SEO services. To achieve tangible results, we also set additional objectives: bringing the site to the top of Google, expanding the semantic core as much as possible, and ensuring stable organic traffic for the platform.

About this client

Mipler is a corporate website launched in 2022. It offers comprehensive solutions for creating reports for stores, founded through the Shopify service. That is, the main niche is business reporting for e-commerce. Thanks to their analysis tools and statistical data, you can better understand customer behaviour and preferences, optimise management processes, evaluate sales performance, and so on. The main target audience is online store owners. As of the start of work, the average daily traffic was 125 clicks per day:

MAIN STAGES OF WORK

In November 2024, we already had a clear action plan and were comprehensively improving the site:

  • Comprehensive website research, which includes several types of audit: technical (checking indexing, page loading speed, mobile adaptability, security assessment, etc.), SEO (assessing the semantic core, content quality, meta tags, internal links, etc.), UI/UX (assessing the usability of buttons, forms, design, navigation, compliance with trends, etc.), and so on;

  • Competitor analysis: we identified websites with similar themes and services, analysed their performance, compiled a profile of the target audience, studied traffic sources, etc;

  • Searching for new ideas to drive organic traffic to the website: this included researching promising relevant queries with low competition, as well as considering new formats for attracting attention and retaining customers;

  • Making changes to the meta tags: we edited and supplemented both the basic ones (Title, Description).

NOVEMBER

In December 2024, we again analysed competitors to study changes on their websites and assess traffic sources and the behavior of their target audience. We finished the work with the linking and finalised the content for the priority pages (analysis, semantic collection, etc.), after which we handed it over to the client for review and approval. Also this month, we actively worked with the blog, creating a semantic core and new terms of reference for the copywriter, as this stage of promotion showed good results.

  • We redesigned the structure, creating a clear hierarchy, and made it easier to navigate. This is important both from the point of view of search engine rankings and increases the comfort and loyalty of visitors;

  • Worked with content: analysed already published materials, created a semantic core with different types of keywords and LSI, wrote different types of articles and descriptions, and provided them to the client for further review;

  • Worked with the blog: created a semantic core and prepared a technical task with relevant headings, subheadings, and keys for the copywriter;

  • Created internal linking between sections: this is an important factor that is taken into account by search engines when ranking and increases the likelihood that the visitor will find the information he needs and make a purchase.

Results and conclusions

On the graph, you can see the results for 3 months compared to the previous period: the total number of clicks increased from 5.95 thousand to 9.39 thousand, and total impressions from 711 thousand to 1.15 million:
